So i grind my teeth all the time. I think it’s cause my jaw is not aligned. I hate wearing my retainer at night i can’t really sleep with it on anyways. But i realized one way to relax your jaw is by putting your tongue between your teeth. Which is why i stick out my tongue while working how funny. I just learned what i do while working helps my jaw. The second thing I did which feels amazing is take a hot cloth by your ear lobe where the jaw muscles are. I feel much better because of that.
